The goal of extracurricular sports activities is to have balanced students, where body and mind work as a team to develop lifelong skills. All our teachers are trained to take care of your child’s health, creating sequences and activities according to their level of physical activity, age and learning pace.

In addition, we provide them with opportunities for cognitive, physical, social and emotional development.

This allows them to recognize their individual abilities in order to develop them through different learning experiences.

We know that our students have their own learning pace and that is why we design activities that meet the individual needs and abilities of our students.

Athletics

It consists of surpassing their performance, whether in speed, distance, height or resistance. Likewise, strength work is essential for our students to achieve the best results during the competition.

 

Capoeira

Martial art of Afro-Brazilian origin, which develops a series of movements between two people, practiced on a musical base, within a playful and cultural context. Providing resources for the growth of their motor and socio-cultural skills.

 

Basketball

Basketball is considered one of the most complete sports, as it involves the development of the four physical qualities of the human being – speed, endurance, strength and flexibility/elasticity.

 

Soccer

This sport has a formative character as it integrates various attitudes and skills such as teamwork, respect for rules and teammates, discipline, will development, tolerance, self-esteem and self-confidence.

 

Gymnastics and Mini Gymnastics

To develop physical activity in coordination through didactic material, in order to strengthen and educate the body physically.

 

Gymnasium

It is a space for students of representative teams and parents where they can practice weights, various equipment and improve their physical condition and performance through healthy coexistence.

 

Taekwondo

Its practice consists of the execution of defensive and counter-attacking movements, which helps develop coordination, strength, flexibility and balance, among others.

 

Tochito

Tochito bandera is a team sport that develops the skill and reflexes of the students, it consists of the same game system as American soccer, but there can be no contact of any kind and it has no physical contact.

 

Cheerleading

Cheerleading is an excellent discipline; those who participate in it develop skills that will be useful in their lives, as it is an extremely active sport. Increases endurance and physical strength

 

Parents Dance

Wake up every morning dancing, a class focused on de-stress and fun without forgetting the physical exercise we call it BAILOTERAPIA.

 

Rugby

Contact sport that is part of the Olympic cycle, it is the second most practiced sport in the world. It is a sport that requires intelligence, strength, physical condition and courage, in addition to demanding a commitment from the player and teamwork.

 

Swimming

Our goal is that our students have fun with the practice of swimming and consider it as a daily and essential sport to have a healthier life, as well as to develop their physical potential. Classes for students from 3 years old to adult age.

Volleyball

It is a sport where two teams face each other on a smooth playing field separated by a central net, trying to pass the ball over the net to the floor of the opposing field.

Aerial Dance

You will increase your skills and strength in arms, legs and abdomen. It consists of performing a choreography on fabrics, which are hung more than five meters high approximately.

 

Free Style

A space completely dedicated to mental development through physical movement in combination with freestyle music. Develops creativity, originality and concentration.

 

Roller Skating

Artistic and competitive sport, it teaches you the basics of inline skating or 4-point wheel skating, so that you achieve physical stability and learning in falls.
